Gina came for a meet and greet ahead of the job, to see if she would be a good fit, which I appreciated. She also kept in touch with me while I was out of country, and let me know how my Dad was doing. She even sent a picture of her and my Dad for visuals :) She seemed reliable and honest with her time and tracking. My Dad reported good conversations with her and she made him feel comfortable.
