I'm a former elementary teacher & current tutor (PreK-4th-reading, writing, math.) I take many professional education courses/webinars yearly to find new ideas & stay up-to-date with new teaching practices. I teach 1-on-1, & customize each session for students of all levels & abilities, using fun games & activities so students enjoy sessions & are more likely to be fully engaged. Learning should be fun! I provide all materials. Sessions are 1-hour in a study room at a local library.(if your child is not comfortable with this, I can come to your home) $40 per session (includes 1-2 hrs. of planning & preparing materials for each session.) I will also provide several references. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

We are very happy to find Ms Gina as tutor for my special child 7 yr old with learning disability. She is been kind and very supportive to help my kid learn reading and writing skills. We have seen so much of growth in him with lot more focus and attention now. For the very first looking for tutors in Care.com, out of 100s of profiles we were blessed to fine her who is very experienced teacher, in same county and she is helping us with school pickup and tutor him at nearby library and we opted her services twice to thrice a week. We are having a very safe and reliable tutor with so much of knowledge and always willing to learn how to teach in different methods to help my child. Whatever we say about Ms. Gina is beyond words and she is amazing tutor and caregiver for children. I highly recommend her and we are still working with her.
