I have cared for many in their private homes in the New Smyrna Beach area. Some were bedridden, some were partly mobile. I have done 48, 24 hr, 12 hr and 8 hr shifts along with overnights. Duties have included bathing , changing, transfers, meds, cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, Doctor appointments, cognitive activities and physical exercise. Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Diabetes . CNA, CPR certified. They have all made a difference for the better in my life!
