For over a year and half I took care of my mother in law 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.... Mom had dementia and she went from dressing herself, showering, eating and all the normal activities a person would do... week after we she was failing... By the time she passed, I was showering her, dressing her, feeding her and most of all spending loving and interaction time with her daily. I have a heart for the elderly. Mom went into a nursing home briefly for rehab and I so enjoyed spending time with the pother patients there. We laughed, joked and played games. In the past I also did house cleaning and light cooking for two other Mother's of some of my friends.
