About Gina

I have been looking for meaningful work and enjoy working with people. Reflecting on my past experiences, the most purposeful has been in caregiving. Mom was a cancer patient for 15 yrs. & my dad took ill in his 80s. I took a leave of absence from work in order to take him home from the rehabilitation center. He required mobility, bathing, and incontinence care, along with cooking, household chores, and assistance with bills and banking. I understand how important it was to him to return home. I have worked as a PASS/Respite worker through Trudeau for my grandchildren who span the autism spectrum. I also support my partner who had a stroke in 2019. I am pleasant, patient, kind, and respectful. I'm a good companion who enjoys conversation, games & cards. I befriended an older neighbor who Iives alone. I spend time visiting, taking him on outings and assist him in his house when I can. Nothing would please me more than having a job that makes a real difference in someone's life.
