In those positions I interacted directly with the aging population on a daily basis providing therapy and carrying out activities. I am also a very hard worker and have great interpersonal skills. I am an RN on a behavioral geriatric psych unit. Gina M. worked as a behavior health technician with me on this unit. She exhibits excellent care giver skills as well as being a thoughtful and effective team member. She treated the patients with dignity and respect, utilizing patience along with strategic critical thinking skills. I would very much recommend Gina as she has shown herself to be an asset on my team. We were very sad to see her go, but wish her the best in her future assignments.
