About Gina

Gina has been an amazing caregiver for our child. She is reliable, always on time, organized, and very attentive to routines and details. Maintaining consistency with feeding times and nap schedules is extremely important in our household, and she has always respected and followed our structure carefully. She is very patient, calm, and naturally engaging with children. What stands out the most is her ability to adapt to the child’s personality and emotional needs. She connects with the child at their level, follows their pace when appropriate, and at the same time confidently leads and guides them in a positive and gentle way. She knows how to redirect attention, keep the child interested, and create a comfortable and safe environment. Gina is also attentive, clean, and thoughtful in the way she works. I always felt that my child was genuinely cared for, emotionally supported, and safe around her. It is very clear that she has experience working with children and understands how important structure, patience, and engagement are for their development.
