I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented, which allows me to connect with care recipients and earn their trust. I communicate with families through daily reports and regular texts or calls. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with ease. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, hospice support, and assist with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia, medical management, and mobility.
