With seven years of experience, I specialize in Special Education, Reading, Communication Development, and School Readiness for elementary students, holding a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and 7 years of experience working with IEPs. I believe that by actively observing and measuring how a student interacts with new material, I can tailor my methods to fit their specific needs. I keep learning engaging by connecting complex concepts to personal interests, breaking problems into manageable steps, and celebrating every victory. Seeing a student's skills flourish as they achieve things they did not expect remains the most rewarding part of my work.
