I'd describe my personality as considerate friendly and helpful. I like caring for seniors because it gives me the ability to make a difference in someone's life. I truly love being able to make positive impact in someone's life. Whether Im walking their dog, helping them shower and dress or just enjoying a cup of coffee and hearing their stories and experiences I often end up learning something about myself. Working with seniors brings me joy and it's rewarding knowing that I help improve their quality of life allowing them to continue to live their ideal lifestyle. My skills include CPR training, first aid, patient monitoring, mobility assistance, hygiene assistance, emotional support, and communication skill. My certification as a nursing assistant is expired but was in good standing. One reason that I have not read typified myself is because I'm thinking of getting certified as a home care assistant instead..
