I am 58 years old & the mother of 1 daughter who is now a graduate student at UGA. I'm a pet-friendly, nonsmoker & I have 23+ years of experience as a mother, 7+ as a working mother, & have been working with children for decades. As a teenager, I babysat & I worked in a child care facility part-time in college. I decided to return to these roots in an effort to try & preclude empty nest syndrome when my daughter first started college. My most recent experience has been with a family with 2 children- a boy who just turned 6 & a girl who is now 3 years old. I have been with this family since he was about 13 months old & her whole life. Our relationship has been great but as the children get older and start school, the family's needs have shifted so I'm looking to branch out! I truly love & enjoy children. I am perfectly comfortable with infants, really enjoy toddlers & pre-schoolers, & have taken care of kids at every developmental stage as my daughter & her friends reached them in turn.
