Jaycilyn was first employed by us to provide care for our then 1-year old child. Our daughter was slightly behind in verbal skills due to childcare challenges as part of the COVID-19 pandemic. Jaycilyn helped us overcome these obstacles with our daughter and improved her social skills and vocabulary during her employment. As identified above, Jaycilyn was an invaluable asset to our daughter's social skills improvement. Jaycilyn was willing to take her into social environments (playgrounds, stores, etc) in a safe and conscientious manner to help her understand the social constructs of the public setting. Lastly, Jaycilyn took on the additional challenge of watching our infant daughter who was born during her employment. Jaycilyn was a fantastic resource for us in watching both children, and we were sad to see her move on to other employment. We would happily recommend Jaycilyn and would answer any questions about her employment with us.
