Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 20 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. I am patient, compassionate, and approachable, and I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and offer dementia care. I communicate with families through written reports and regular updates, always following their preferred method. I have a college degree and am retired. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
