About Gina

In August, I'm planning on staying home with my 2-year-old but would love to babysit or nanny with her. It would be ideal to meet a family looking for child care for their around-2-year-old, but I'm absolutely open to other ages. I'm a nurturing, fun, and positive mom of two (2y & 6y) who holds a multiple subject teaching credential and MA in linguistics! I have 20+ years of experience working with kids, including babysitting, nannying, substitute teaching, ESL & ELD, and intervention teaching. I am a huge animal lover and have many years of pet-sitting experience, too. I enjoy engaging children in conversations, games, art, reading, music, and outdoor activities. My natural ability to entertain and educate helps create a fun, nurturing environment. For infants, I focus on tummy time, singing/soft music, talking, and using age-appropriate toys to support their development.
