We are parting ways with our wonderful nanny Gina in mid-September, as our daughter will be starting daycare at 15 months of age. Gina has been with us since January, caring for our daughter 45 hours per week, from six months to fifteen months old. She brings many years of experience in childcare and has consistently shown herself to be reliable, warm, and professional. She is fluent in both English and French and communicates clearly and effectively. Throughout her time with us, Gina built a close and affectionate bond with our daughter. Each day, she read books to her, spent time outdoors, and engaged her with age-appropriate play and learning. She also supported our family with light housekeeping related to childcare, which we appreciated. Gina will continue caring for our daughter until she begins daycare in mid-September.
