Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. With eight years of experience, I bring compassion, empathy, and a detail-oriented approach to every care situation. I'm adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes with patience. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including detailed daily reports and journaling my client's routines, medications, meals, and overall well-being. Building a strong connection with care recipients is important to me. I focus on being friendly, understanding their expectations, and learning their unique behaviors. My skills include First Aid Training, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance.
