About Gina

I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for children, supporting families with up to four kids of various ages. I've also worked in the YMCA's Child Watch and Sports departments, coaching summer camps and leading youth sports programs-so I bring a playful energy and a love for movement and creativity. Alongside that, I have over four years of experience in administrative roles, where I've been a personal assistant and supported senior executives with everything from calendar management to event coordination and travel planning. My approach to childcare is rooted in creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. I believe in the importance of structure and consistency, while also embracing joy, laughter, and play. Most of all, I understand the responsibility and privilege of helping raise a good human and I take that to heart
