I have a 19-year-old daughter myself. She is full of life and energy. I have 14 years experience with newborns, toddlers and teenagers. My biggest joy I get out of this job, is seeing them laugh and smile while we are engaged in activities. That's when I know, I've done job.

Gina helped us with our 4-month-old baby girl for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative. She helped me improve our caring routine, my baby and I still benefit from it to this day.

Gina was an absolute lifesaver! I couldn't have asked for a better nanny for my infant daughter and toddler son. She is responsible, punctual, communicative, and flexible. Beyond her quick thinking and decisive action in saving my daughter's life, what truly sets Gina apart from other nannies is her genuine affection for my children. She treated them as if they were her own, and for that, I am ever so grateful. She is also great with pets!

Gina was the nanny for our son from the time he was 3 months old until he was 22 months old. She became a part of our family and loved our son like her own. My husband and I work long hours outside of the home and she was always on time, available for whenever we needed her and  willing to help out our household in other ways as needed. We tried to adhere to minimal screen time in our family and  she was very interactive with our son, taking him on walks and doing other activities with him. She was overall a lovely nanny. 

Gina is always on time and fantastic with our infant son. She is mindful to keep him on schedule and is interactive (walks, reading, etc.).

I'm not one to write negative reviews, but feel compelled to do so here, since good childcare is so critical. Gina worked with us for all of two weeks before it was clear that she was not a good fit. She was punctual, but that was about it. 

Gina could not handle my two small children, and relied heavily on either me or their father to intervene when the children weren't getting along, or were otherwise being rambunctious. She showed no initiative, was a Chatty Cathy, gave poor advice addressing my toddler's behaviors, and took an inordinate amount of time to complete household chores. 

If you are looking for a fast learner who can jump in quickly to help you run your household, then Gina is not what you're looking for. But if you're looking for a chatty charlatan who needs a significant amount of hand-holding while effectively being little more than a mother's helper, then she may be the right fit for you.

Gina was a full time nanny for our daughter from the time she was ~3 months old until she was almost 3 years old.  She was incredible with our daughter -- extremely patient and engaging.  She would spend the whole day reading to our daughter, taking her for long walks around the neighborhood, playing at parks, and other various activities -- she was always directly engaged and enthusiastic.  

Furthermore, Gina was extremely reliable and punctual.  In two and a half years I don't think she called in sick or was late a single time.  Any required absences were communicated and coordinated weeks ahead of time.  She was flexible and accommodating -- we unexpectedly had to move out of our house and into a hotel for a few months, Gina watched our daughter at the hotel.  During COVID she has been very careful and safe.

I couldn't recommend Gina more highly -- any family that works with her is lucky to do so.

Gina was our Nanny for nearly 2 amazing years! I would say her greatest qualities are that she is extremely receptive and mindful of direction, always on time, goes above and beyond , and most of all, instantly endeared herself to our children. She is extremely trustworthy and sincere. I was on a contract job in the television industry that unexpectedly ended, resulting in our family no longer needing childcare. That is the only reason we parted ways with Gina. I wish we could've kept her! Anyway... any family would be lucky to have her!

Marie is taking care of our two boys, ages 5 and 7, as a full-time nanny.  Besides doing pick-up and drop-off for the boys at school, she also does their laundry and cooks dinner for them on a regular basis.  She is also very willing to help out with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and other errands.  However, what has impressed us most is her willingness to spend time to get to know our kids and their likes and dislikes.  The only reason why we are letting her go is because our previous long-term nanny is ready to return to work after maternity leave.  We look forward to having Marie babysit for the boys in the future and we recommend her without reservation.  

Marie cared for our two children, ages 2 and 4, for 5 months in 2016-2017.  She cared for our little one and also dropped off and picked up our older one from school every day, as well as took them to parks and other activities on a frequent basis.  Our two little boys are very active and she had no problem keeping up with them.  She was punctual and was always willing to help with whatever we needed, including cleaning around the house and dog walking on some weekends that we were away.  The kids always had a lot of fun with her and we would recommend her for any of your child care needs.   

I knew Marie would be a great fit for our family right away.  At our interview, she came professionally dressed (in business attire) and knew to take her shoes off immediately upon entering our home without my having to ask.  Out of the many interviews I conducted, she was the only one who did these things and I believe that shows a lot about her professionalism.  More importantly, my 3 year old daughter, who is extremely attached to me and shy, became comfortable relatively quickly with Marie and began playing with her.

We had planned to have Marie start immediately after my son was born but we found out at his birth that he needed open heart surgery and was going to have to stay in the hospital.  Not only was Marie totally understanding about this but she also proved to be very caring and sensitive to our situation.  She would contact me regularly asking how my son was doing and asking if I needed anything (since I was practically living at the hospital for a while), but not once did she ask about her start date or anything about the state of her employment with us.  I thought that was very selfless of her.

After starting with us, Marie became a pivotal part of the special care that my son required.  Because he was recovering from open heart surgery, he needed to be handled and cared for very particularly.  Marie instantly became like family and treated my son as if he were her own.  For his sake and our reassurance, she became CPR certified and first aid trained.  She would do everything as requested and take initiative to go above and beyond that.  She was very patient and calm when my son would cry (which would be often in the beginning due to the pain of his wound).  And, yet, she'd have the energy to tidy up in the kitchen, wash bottles, and even play with my older children, when my son would be sleeping.  Overall, I'd say she really helped in my son's recovery and growth, as we noticed that he's been reaching all of his milestones quite early.

Although my son is now only about 8 months old, I am very saddened that we have to let Marie go.  Unfortunately, we recently learned that my 3 year old daughter has a speech delay and requires regular, ongoing therapy which is very expensive, thus we can't afford to continue to employ a nanny at this time.  I'm confident that Marie will continue to be a part of our lives as we've all grown very close to her.  I know she will be the first to call if we needed someone to look after our kids on a weekend or weeknight.  I would be happy to speak with anyone considering hiring Marie as I wholeheartedly believe she would make a great contribution to anyone's family.

We were so fortunate to have had Marie come into our family's life and help to care for our first born child.  Our first nanny gave notice after only three weeks, as she found a job closer to home.  Thankfully she referred Marie to us, and then Marie worked with us for just under two years.  

Marie gave our daughter all the love and attention that you could hope for with a nanny, and then some.  She held our daughter most of time when she was an infant, which is exactly what we wanted.  She kept detailed notes for us about feeding, naps and diaper changes, so we were always aware of what was going on.  When our daughter started to crawl, Marie was good about being down on the floor with her, and playing all the time.  She never turned on the TV, which we also had requested.  She talked and played with our little girl all the time.  When the teething started, she knew exactly what to do, and comforted her perfectly.  She always took her on strolls, and as the months went by, we bought another car seat so Marie could take her to the library and the park.  As a result, our little girl LOVES books, and to this day is fascinated with the library.

Once the walking started, Marie again knew exactly what to do to make sure our daughter was safe.  When the terrible two's started to emerge, Marie knew how to handle that as well. Our daughter truly loved Marie, and was always excited to see her.  But, was also excited to see Mom and Dad, which made us happy.

During nap time Marie did laundry, dishes, and whatever house cleaning we requested.  The house never looked so good.  She even started our daughter's dinner most nights which was a huge help to us.  

Our daughter is quite social, and we recognized that she needed to be around other kids more often.  So, we found a preschool nearby the house, and she is very happy there.  We were very sad to not have Marie in our lives daily after that.  However, she babysits several times a month for us, and her and our daughter still have a great relationship.  We are so happy to have had her come into our lives.
