Gina took care of our two young daughters for a year and a half. We all loved her! She was never late and very dependable. You can tell she's experienced as she always packed a thoughtful diaper/day bag for the kids whenever they went out. She made the effort to take them out of the house for fun activities (zoo, splash pad, play areas, etc.) and always did arts & crafts with them at home as well. She definitely cares about the kids and helps out whenever she can. She listens to and understands our preferences as parents which we really appreciated as well. Overall she was a great nanny and we highly recommend her!
