I hired Gilma for a trial cleaning at my home. She was communicative during coordination and arrived on time. She was friendly, polite, and a good listener about what I needed for the house cleaning. She was very conscientious: it was clear she wanted to respect my home and not disturb us while she was working. I would hire her again. I am deducting one star only because I'd like to see her manage her time a little more closely (the cleaning went longer than expected), but I think that she would do that well in future given more comfort and experience.
