My college degree has provided me with a strong foundation, and I continue to build upon it with ongoing training. I'm known for my patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach. I understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment and adapt my communication style to each family's preference. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid.
