About Gillian

I have cultivated my natural ability to connect with children to leave an impact on their lives and to be as positive an influence as possible on the children I work with. I've dedicated many years to providing support to children working as a babysitter, a Gymnastics' coach, as well as roles in classroom settings. I was a gymnastics coach for many years before going to school to get a Bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis in early childhood development. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, as well as incorporating educational games that aide emotional intelligence. Communication between me and the parent is incredibly important so that the child has consistency across what the needs being met are and the rules of the home.
