Giliana has been working for our family for over a month now. Her professionalism, respectful and polite mannerisms, and compassionate heart was the first thing I noticed about her in the interview and continued to carry through during her work with us. Our family absolutely adores her! She is a very hard worker, and her energy level and love for children is unparalleled! She has not missed a day of work, arrives on time, and communicates well. She not only is an excellent caregiver, but also helps to keep the house clean and tidy. She drives well and carefully as she has taken my 2 and 4 year old boys to nearby parks, Chuck E Cheese, indoor play centers. I bought bilingual books for them for her to read to them, as she is teaching our kids Spanish also. She practices saying and writing numbers, letters, colors with my boys and has the energy to run around and chase after them all day as well! When my newborn was born, her expertise with newborns clearly became prevalent, and she handled the baby with so much care and love. Our baby is happy and comfortable, plays and sleeps very well under her care. We are ecstatic to have Giliana as part of our family! My 4 year old always asks for her, and says he loves her!
