I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize earning trust when building connections with those I care for. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion or agitation. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates, texts, or phone calls. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
