About Gilda

I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, understanding, and goofy! I like working with kids because I love how imaginative they are! Seeing the world through their eyes allows me to be a more thoughtful person in my daily life. I started working with kids at 15 which taught me important skills like cooking and cleaning! Furthermore, I was a part of the Peer Assisted Leadership (PAL's) program at my high school. Through PAL's, I provided mentorship to children of different elementary age groups (5-10), helping them with schoolwork and connecting with their classmates. In my spare time, I like to read and journal! I love arts and crafts, so scrapbooking in my journal is one of my favorite pastimes! I also love swimming and riding my bike :) One thing you should know about me is that I am extremely flexible! As long as I am notified in advance, we can work out a schedule that best fits your needs!
