She is working alongside me taking care of our two little girls - a 2.5-year old and a 3-month old. We have our hands full every day, but I trust her completely and rely on her in so many ways. She helps with both girls and pays extreme attention to details. She helps with a variety of tasks and predicts my needs before they're even mentioned. She is always ahead of schedule, eager to help, patient and genuinely loving with the kids! She really does have a gift for this sort of thing.
