We were very disappointed when Gigi talked a big game to get hired. We discovered that she didn't have a valid CA license and had not yet been fingerprinted. We waited for those things to happen and offered to pay for fingerprinting. Instead she declined to show up and typical of young people that was done in a text. She is sweet and enthusiastic - but it's frustrating when young people flake - under any circumstance.
