Gifty has been an excellent caretaker for my daughter M, who is developmentally delayed but quite robust, cheerful and fun. Although she is 29 years old, developmentally M is about 18-24 months. She is non-verbal but does not have any health issues generally. Gifty has a very nice touch with M. She clearly cares about M, and M responds very well. Gifty is creative in taking M to festivals and concerts and other fun activities. M comes home laughing and smiling.
