About Gianna

Hi my name is Gianna! I am currently a junior at Stonehill College. I'm an Early Childhood Education and Psychology double major! I love kids and making everything from playing to learning more fun! I work over the summers as a lead teacher in a daycare with children ages 2-3. During my time in high school and now college I have worked as a K-3 reading interventionist and done student teaching in K-2nd grade classrooms. I have experience as a camp counselor through Barnstable recreation and as a babysitter for the last 8 years. I draw inspiration from early childhood theories like Reggio and Vygotsky to enhance the quality of children's play and learning to be child lead, education, fun, and above all safe.
