About Giada

Hello! I am looking for a job to fill my time before I head off to college. I am a saratoga springs graduate (18) and I have experience working with children as I spent various years working for the saratoga springs recreation department, as a camp saradac counselor. Looking after kids is something I find fulfilling as I understand the need to feel heard as a parent and child. I prioritize taking both into consideration when approaching conflicts and often use the same mindset when deescalating situations. I take pride in being a solutions gal instead of a person of dismissal. I enjoy adapting to both children's and animals personalities as they can both be expressive, needing attentive amounts of attention.
