I'd describe my personality as hardworking, patient, and understanding I like caring for seniors because I love giving them purpose in any situation they are in while still giving them the opportunity to be independent and confident while still being there if needed I'm looking for a job that challenges me and make makes me feel safe and comfortable I started caring for seniors when at a young age taking care of older relatives but started working with facilities 4 years ago with 2 different companies In my spare time, I like to make myself as productive as possible constantly moving around trying to stay as active as possible just taking in my days and being grateful for my time while I'm here One thing you should know about me is I'm very strict about my job meaning I love what I do and I do take it very seriously and very big on communication My skills include compassion and empathy, great at problem solving and observation, and great with being patient and adaptability
