Ghene't Lee-Yong, author of bestselling workbook, Nature Immersion Six Weeks to a Healthier Mind, Body, and Spirit, holds a B. A. in Cognitive Studies with a focus on brain development and learning across the lifespan. She has completed graduate work in Integrated Neuroscience and is a trained DONA Postpartum Doula, teacher, and Health and Nutrition Coach. As a young mother, Ghene't discovered her passion for postpartum care after years in early childhood education. She now specializes in overnight support, providing gentle newborn care, feeding guidance, and emotional reassurance so families can rest and recover. Known for her calm and grounding presence, Ghene't creates nurturing spaces where adults, parents, and babies can thrive.
