My recent hands-on caregiving experience inspired me to pursue nursing, where I can apply both my people skills and sense of purpose. I'd describe myself as kind, caring, and reliable. I like caring for seniors because I believe everyone should feel seen, valued, and supported. I'm looking for a job with a flexible schedule as I prepare for my nursing program, while using my knowledge and experience to help others. I started caring for seniors when I first looked after an elderly and realized how much I enjoyed it, which led me to begin my Nursing Assistant program. Families should know I truly care about the well-being of those I look after. I'm reliable, patient, and compassionate. My skills include meal prep and feeding, companionship, supporting healthy routines, personal care, taking vital signs, and following care plans.
