Absolutely wonderful. She cared for my adult son with special needs so I could attend my daughter's 21st birthday dinner, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable hands. She was the only applicant who took the initiative to ask for a phone call before accepting the job, which immediately gave me confidence. She confirmed our meeting the day before, checked in again the morning of, and stayed in communication throughout the entire process. She was punctual, professional, warm, and quickly made both my son and me feel comfortable. Having someone trustworthy in my home is incredibly important to me, and Gertrude exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional caregiver.
