I have raised three children of my own, all of which are grown. I have a few years of off and on child care experience, working as a teacher's aide for the YMCA. I have done some private childcare by word of mouth amongst friends. I enjoy working with children, playing games with them, be it outside, board, card, video or whatever their imagination desires. There's never a dull moment. I can be available for drop in care, date nights, holiday shopping, etc. I have a cheerful disposition but am not afraid to set limits, I am firm but kind. I am CPR certified, and have an extensive working psychology background as a Licensed Practical Nurse. I also have several certificates for educational trainings I have attended for child care and education.
