We traveled to our hometown of Chicago with family and needed a caregiver for my aunt while we were there. Germaine provided daily care for my elderly aunt and was truly wonderful. She handled all of my aunt’s morning routines, including bathing, dressing, and meals, with patience and care. I also hired Germaine on Christmas Day while I was hosting about 25 family members, and she was an absolute lifesaver. She is kind, patient, hardworking, and very personable. She quickly became someone our entire family trusted and appreciated. She was so exceptional that my cousin even tried to convince her to move to Florida to continue caring for my aunt. I would highly recommend Germaine to any family looking for a dependable and compassionate caregiver.
