I have 15 years of experience as a nursing assistant at Skilled Nursing Facility/ Medical Center and 13 yrs doing Private Caregiving. I can help with Transportation Services for Doctor's Appointments, Managing Appointments, Managing Medicines, Taking them out driving around, Helping and assisting in physical Exercises, Taking vitals sign, I'm familiar to use some machine(hoyer lift, easy stand), set up oxygen machine, C-Puff machine and Helping to perform for their Activity Daily living, Exercises , Shopping and Meal Preparations.

I highly recommend Gerard. He was a caregiver for my mother until she passed and then was also an assistant to my dad. He’s very caring, patient, punctual, dependable, and pleasant to be with. He is also an amazing singer, and we really enjoyed having him be part of our support team.

He was the primary caregiver for both my parents before they died.
Gerard was the bright spot in my dad’s daily life in his final weeks of life in 2022. And, again in 2024, he and his team provided 24-hour care for the last six weeks of my mom’s life. He coordinated that schedule, making everything move seamlessly. I stayed on the couch next to my mother’s hospital bed in the living room, so I got to know Gerard a bit and got a firsthand look at how well he gently works with everybody and everything. 

Gerard is thorough in his care. He is patient focused but checks in on the family as well. He is a gentle and patient caregiver. In 2022, Gerard was the bright spot in my father ‘s day when he was in the hospital and the moved to a rehab facility. Gerard was with him in his last weeks and days in 2022. Then in 2024, Gerard and his exceptional team took wonderful care of mother the last six weeks of her life. He made my parents’ home a calm and quiet place.  I never had to worry about my mother’s nutrition , cleanliness or comfort. Gerard took care of the details so I was able to focus on being with my mother, making the best of her life and enjoying our time together.

Gerard is completely focused on his patient’s well being. He has been with many families losing a loved one and he’s a wonderful, calming guide through that process.

Gerard Was a lifesaver. After my mother had a stroke, he was able to help provide care for both her and my dad who has severe dementia so that they could stay at home.  Gerard has a lot of experience in caregiving, and  so not only was able to have my dad with things daily hygiene, but he also would provide my dad with physical exercises to do each visit. He is very easy to talk to and attentive.

I have been a nurse for 16 years and I can vouch that Gerard is a top-notch caregiver. Not only is he dependable and reliable which is hard to come by these days but he is also very capable and his skills speak for themselves. Gerard was a night caregiver to my mother when she was in her late 80's. He came highly recommended by the nurse at The Cottages who told me to grab him because his long term client had just passed.  
With Parkinson's my mother's needs increased  and the family coordinated  24-hour private care with Gerard and his contacts. My mother passed away a few months before her 91st birthday. My mother really liked Gerard and his care. He was dependable, kind and communicated well with the family,  He also has a beautiful singing voice.

Gerard is one of the most caring, competent care givers I have worked with.  Gerard took care of both of my parents in their final years and we could not have managed without him.  He is an extraordinary care provider!

Gerard provided care for my parents as a private caregiver when they resided in an assisted living facility in Carmel. He has a wonderful, positive attitude. He was strong enough to assist my father who had very reduced mobility due to Parkinson's, and was very patient with my mother who had Alzheimer's. I would definitely recommend Gerard.
