Making a difference in the lives of others is what drives me. For 20 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, honoring their independence and well-being. My experiences in previous care roles solidified my passion for this work. As a former Certified Nursing Assistant with some college education, I offer respite and dementia care. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I keep families informed through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is essential to building a strong connection.
