In 2008, I was employed at Deaconess Hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant on a unit dedicated to caring for disabled children with various congenital anomalies. Witnessing children who had been abandoned by their parents at birth, and seeing them relying solely on our care, instilled in me a profound sense of love, compassion, and patience. These qualities have enabled me to provide care not only to elderly individuals but also to children in need. Furthermore, my experience working at People Inc., which offered after-school programs for disabled children, has been invaluable.
