With over 11 years of hands-on experience in companion care, I bring a calm, compassionate, and attentive presence to those I support. I have worked with individuals facing a variety of health conditions, including Cancer, Diabeticsand other age-related needs, providing both practical assistance and meaningful companionship. I also am a Certified Health Coach of 14 years. My approach is rooted in patience, respect, and genuine connection. I assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, errands, appointments, medication reminders, and light household support--always with the goal of helping each person feel comfortable, valued, I am reliable, observant, and easy to be around, with a natural ability to build trust and create a sense of peace in the home.
