I have over 10 years of experience working with children ages 6 months and up in a wide range of environments - including at a nature-based preschool, summer camp, tutoring, teaching an after-school STEM curriculum, babysitting, and nannying. I have my first aid, CPR, and Stop The Bleed certifications, food handlers card, drivers license, and passed a background check with the Eugene 4J School District. I also stay up-to-date on all recommended vaccines, am knowledgeable about safe sleep practices, and have experience with potty training and food transitions. I am gentle, positive, patient, enthusiastic, and creative. I strive to create an environment where children feel engaged, encouraged, safe, and respected. I am currently seeking a full-time (30+ hour/week), W-2 nanny role in the SW Portland/Lake Oswego area, but am open to other areas as well. Georgia is a gift to parents! And children! She is 100% dependable and excellent with children. I never thought I would love a nanny, but I love Georgia as our nanny and so do our kids! Georgia Nannied for us for 18 months for kids aged 4-6 and 18 months to 3 yo. If you have the chance to have Georgia work for you, you are incredibly lucky! She is able to deal with the chaos of toddlers and her flexibility and calmness was great with our child’s autistic brain. If I could give 6 stars I would! And so would our kids.
