I have loved working as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 33 years in a variety of settings. I have always been hard working, very dependable, and caring. The person I am caring for comes first. I am also a very patient person, don't smoke and am trustworthy. I sustained a back injury this past year and cannot do heavy lifting throughout the day as is required in a hospital setting, but have successfully recovered and am seeking opportunities to continue assisting others that have at least some ability with their own mobility. Caring for people is what I do best, so want to find individuals that require care at home. I can provide some assistance with transfers and walking if needed, assistance with home exercises, going for walks, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation to and from medical appointments as needed. I currently work with several elderly clients for personal training, walking, strength and balance exercises.
