I've been a runner since 2011 and love hiking, yoga, skating, climbing, and swimming. My resting heart rate is low and VO2 max high, so I'm in top shape. Dogs usually tire out before I do. I've been vegetarian since 2013, and animals always seem to sense and trust that. In my teens, I struggled with depression, which pushed me to live a life of health and compassion for myself and others. I've been free of it almost as long as I've been vegetarian. Being around animals brings me peace, and I bring that same calm, caring energy when taking care of yours.
