About Geoffrey
Experience: 3 yrs
I will help you reach your fitness goals in all ages (Kids, Seniors and wounded vets included). I make sure we both enjoy the process as fitness is a journey not really a destination. I teach boxing and self defense, weight lifting and cardio, fitness massage and recovery. I also help in nutrition advice. I love what I do and I find gratification in seeing my clients finding a life purpose in fitness.
