About Genoa

Hello! I'm Genoa, and I've spent the last 5 years working with kids as a Registered Behavioral Therapist in both homes and schools. I have experience supporting kids with developmental disabilities as well as typically developing children, I love creating a fun, safe space where kids can be themselves, learn, and grow. I treat every child as an individual and enjoy spending time outdoors, doing crafts, and coming up with creative pretend play. I use positive reinforcement and clear boundaries to help kids build confidence and important life skills. I have experience caring for multiple children at once (including classrooms of 10+), and I'm currently studying at Portland Community College to become a Special Education teacher. I'd love to collaborate with you on what is most important for your child's time and create a supportive, comfortable environment for everyone!
