Hi, I'm Gennessa! I've been caring for children for over 20 years, starting as a babysitter at age 13. I have experience with children from newborn through 12 years old and love creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for them. I do not have children of my own, but I truly enjoy being around kids and building great relationships with the families I work with! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development and completed graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, focused on behavior and autism. I spent 8 years working professionally with children and adolescents with autism and other co-occurring conditions, supporting learners from 18 months to 16 years old. Today I work full time at UW-Green Bay as a Program Coordinator in the Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Training, but I still enjoy helping families by providing dependable, thoughtful childcare when needed!

Look no further for an AMAZING babysitter - Gennessa is IT! My husband and I hired her to watch our 8-month old daughter while we went to Green Bay for a comedy show (our first date night since having a baby). Not only did Gennessa do a fantastic job, but our daughter (and fur baby) loved her too! Gennessa even came to our house a few days beforehand so we could meet for the first time and so we could introduce her to our daughter and doggo. She made us feel completely at ease and we were beyond comfortable leaving our daughter behind with her. Gennessa texted us updates throughout the night too, which really helped give my husband and I peace of mind. We are over the moon to have found Gennessa and already booked her for more date nights in the future! :)
