It's truly fulfilling to help adults and seniors maintain their independence and well-being. My six years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide have given me the opportunity to do just that. I provide services such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and running errands. I adapt to changing routines and unexpected challenges. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or during visits. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and empathetic. I also respect each care recipient's independence. I have a college degree, CPR Training, and First Aid Training. I'm also comfortable around pets. I look forward to bringing my skills and positive energy to your family!
