About Gen

Our family will be forever grateful for Gen and her team who supported us for eight months during my father’s battle with ALS. From day one, they were consistently punctual, dependable, and went far beyond what was ever expected of them. What began as professional care quickly grew into something much deeper—they truly became part of our family. They provided my father with an extraordinary level of care, always prioritizing his safety, comfort, and dignity. Their compassion, patience, and attention to detail were unmatched, and their communication was clear, thoughtful, and reassuring every step of the way. Just as meaningful was the support they gave my mother. They stepped in as an extra set of hands, easing her daily burden not only by helping her care for my dad, but also by helping with household tasks and offering genuine emotional support during an incredibly difficult time. Knowing she wasn’t alone made all the difference for our family. My father finally went home to be with Jesus on 12/28, and we could not have walked this journey without them. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication left a lasting impact on our lives, and we will always hold them close to our hearts.
