I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have some college education and current CPR and First Aid certifications.
