About Genevieve

Gen has extensive knowledge and training in physical fitness and nutrition. We needed Gen for those skills but just as important, her kindness, her ability to handle difficult and unexpected situations was key. Nothing rattles her. My Dad had severe dementia, cancer, and was in a wheelchair full time. She would help him walk short distances and continue with strengthening his upper body. Gen could bring a smile to his face on his worst days. Often I would find Gen and Dad listening to music, singing his favorite songs, and "dancing" together by his sitting in his wheelchair and her arms around his shoulders. Her patience and creativity with Dad was beautiful. She became part of the family and and we were blessed to have had her with us during the hardest time in our lives.
