Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to senior care. I strive to be compassionate, friendly, and responsible in my approach. I understand the importance of earning your trust and respecting your loved one's independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I provide transportation, hospice services, home health, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I hold a college degree in Exercise Physiology/Cardiac Rehab and have certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED, ACLS, fitness and personal trainer. I specialize in diabetes, geriatric care and health/nutrition. As a mother of 4 children and substitute teacher ( 10 years), supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me. I hope to bring my dedication and skills to your family.
